For over 30 years Jeff has been an integral part of the Direct Sales/Network Marketing Industry.

Jeff has served as a successful distributor, corporate executive and consultant.

He has consulted with over 300 Direct Sales/MLM companies helping them grow their business to a successful enterprise. Jeff has written dozens of compensation plans designed with a fairness to both distributors and companies.

He started in the industry as an independent distributor and within a few short months had achieved top ranks. After a successful run as a top distributor, Jeff joined the top Network Marketing training company (Millionaires in Motion) as VP of Sales and later became Executive VP.

Jeff then built a network marketing organization where he had the fastest growing organization in the company and Jeff was appointed as National Director of Training.

Jeff went on to become a top consultant, specializing in sales, top distributor recruitment programs, as well as compensation plan and training programs.

Now Jeff leads MLM-CC.com a unique Direct Sales/Network Marketing compensation design and Analytics Company as President. With their proprietary software they are able to analyze a company’s compensation plan and make recommendations to strengthen their plans.

Nancy Tobler

Nancy has worked in the direct selling industry since 1999. She has worked on commission analytics for 20 years. She focuses on a research and a data-driven approach to compensation plan design and analysis. She has researched over 100 top U.S. companies and provided a comparison of their compensation plans. She has designed and conducted both quantitative (survey) and qualitative (interview) distributor research. She has also written over 80 articles on MLM.com. She earned a PhD from the University of Utah in organizational communication. Nancy provides analytics, industry comparison data, and research capabilities.

Mark Rawlins

Mark is one of the pioneers in MLM software. He built two MLM software companies, starting all the way back in 1981. He retired from running his second software company, InfoTrax, but found himself unable to leave the MLM world behind. He now focuses on helping companies to design and analyze compensation plans. Mark has worked with every possible compensation type. Nothing surprises Mark. He has worked with hundreds of companies’ compensation plans and business plans.


Mark has written two books on MLM compensation, the latest being “From Commission Plan to Compensation Strategy”. Which has become the bible of MLM/Direct Sales software industry. Mark provides the overall compensation plan analysis and helps company leadership see and understand the cause-and-effect relationship between bonuses in the compensation plan and their results in the payout.

With over 30 years in the MLM industry, Leroy’s experience as a developer, technical writer and graphic artist makes him uniquely qualified to convey analytic results into professional looking tables and charts—usable as design elements and easily adaptable as part of a client’s marketing collateral. 

His skills include experience with: Adobe CC InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office suite and LucidCharts. He also has experience in branded events as evidenced in the Symposium Group. J.Michael Palka

J.Michael Palka’s entrepreneurial business and marketing career spans over 35 years. He has 30 years serving the MLM/Direct Sales industry as a supporter and marketing consultant. He is a skilled copywriter and successful publisher and author. J.Michael is also highly skilled at strategic planning, tactical development and implementation. He brings to the MLM-cc team marketing knowledge and wisdom to propel the company into the leadership role in the MLM/Direct Sales compensation plan design and analytics industry.

He also works with the clients helping them design an effective marketing strategy and public relation campaigns. J.Michael has had clients on over 120 TV shows including Oprah, Fox and Friends, Discovery Channel, QVC etc. and 6,000 radio talk shows.
