Trends In Customer Programs

An analysis of the top 104 US direct-selling companies shows a wide range of preferred customer programs. Almost 69.23 % of them had either an autoship, loyalty or subscription program- Since the 1980s, binary companies were statistically more inclined to use autoship programs. Other than these, points programs, customer referral programs, and hostess programs are also actively in use by companies. Read with statistics.
